Our Process
Step 1 - Prep
​
Our first steps happen before we even arrive at your event. We double check we have everything you requested and everything we need to cook for you. We fill up our trailer and head out.
Step 2 - Arrival
​
As soon as we arrive, we will start setting up our area which will include our grill, tables for us to prepare your food, and a tent if it happens to be raining. We just need to know where the food will be served. We usually arrive up to 2 hours before your event.
Step 3 - Cooking
​
Once we have our area organized, we start the fire in the grill and begin cooking our delicious Brazilian menu. We will ask where you would like the food to be served so that we can organize any necessary serving dishes.
Step 4 - Serving
​
When the food is all cooked, we cut the meat and fill our chafing dishes so that your guests can fill their plates with as much or as little as they would like of each item, like a buffet. We refill them as necessary until everyone has had their fill.
Step 5 - Packing up
​
While your guests enjoy the rest of your event, we will start packing everything up and cleaning our area. By this point, everyone should be full and happy.
Step 6 - Leaving
​
After packing up we will head out and leave everyone to enjoy the rest of your event. We will make sure you were satisfied with our cuisine and hope you will contact us again if you ever need our catering services again.
